Graphic 45 Design Team 2012 Audition

Well here we go-
This is my first posting of my own projects for a Design Team!! Whoo-Hoo!! Sorry, I'm excited and nervous all at the same time!
I'm auditioning for Graphic 45's 2012 Design Team! I love their paper the richness of the color and graphics gets my heart all a flutter! Those of you who I work with know I could not stop talking about The Magic of Oz paper I saw at Scrapfest in the Mall of America- I think I went on and on about getting it- haveing to have it and about finally buying it!! LOL!! Oh well we all have our obsessions mine is pretty paper and other various scrapbooking supplys....

Enough chatter on with the show-

Most of you know I create albums for my familys life events as gifts, they have loved all of them these include two wedding albums and three baby albums (1 girl, 2 boys), one of which I'm working on currently (boy).  And I will be doing another here soon as my cousin informed me she's due in September, Yay Amanda!!

So here are a few of the pages I created for my Cousin Dusty and his wife Lorena's baby Elias.  I believe some call these ploppers cause you can just plop the pictures on and the page is done.

The is paper by the Paper Studio
I can't recall who the embellishment is by.
I mostly do two page layouts for these albums
The paper and stickers are by Maya Road
My Cousin Dusty was a dinosaur nut growing up!
I believe the paper is Imaginescense?
Lettering from the Pooh Font Cricut cartridge.
Most of my pages have themes as you can see.
Others are just cute generic baby pages.

Ok, now a page of my own featuring my Nephew, Tyler.

Design Team Call tryout!!!!

Oh ya, I'm getting my craft on today!!  Can you say Design Team call!! LOL!! Gotta have at least 6 projects to show!  Even though I have a few finished creations I havn't picked which ones to use yet..... BUT I'm creating new items for this call & so far #1 looks awesome!!!!  Oh-ya its a funky mustard yellow frame I bought in Clear Lake at the Villiage (a thrift store- for you non-northern Iowa friends). I paid a dollar for it, and now have had it for 2-3 years just sitting there. Loved it but didn't know what I would use it for or with! LOL!! Hmmm.... deciding weather I should let the cat outta the bag or not,....... It has definately been decided what it is to be and which paper collection it is gonna feature!!! Eeeee!!!! It is really looking awesome!!! I'll post picks of this awesome frame in its before today and it's after- hopefully later today!!

Whew... It's been awhile.....So so sorry! LOL!

Sorry All! I know its been like forever!
So much has happened since my last posting: Halloween, Thanksgiving, almost losing my tire off my car, work ramping up for fall season, hitting a deer and totalling my car, trying out for a few design teams, Christmas, buying a new car, New Years, work slowing down, several snow storms, freezing fog, Groundhogs Day, and Super Bowl Sunday (tomorrow!).
See I told you alot!

Soo here are some pics of my lovely Grand Prix GT....

My car.... yep both air bags deployed...
took out my head light...
and this is what bambi left in my crunched up hood!
Here's my new ride now! Very nice car and it has the
most roomiest trunk! I have space even when I put all
my scrapbooking totes in for crops! Yay!!

Lately I have been working on another baby scrapbook for my cousin out in New York.  This will be my 3rd baby scrapbook (2 (boys) by myself and 1 (girl) I contributed to).  I make an whole entire 12x12 album of what you would tipically see in baby album (pregnancy pages, birth page, firsts, cute baby pages, etc.....).  The album is totally finished when its presented- the recipient just has to add their cute awesome pictures to it. Premade albums are easy and so thoughtful it's an awesome gift for people who love the scrapbook look and either don't have the time, patience, talent, or tools to do their own. I have also done 2 wedding albums this way too. I'll be posting some pics of the albums and a few of some other projects I've done in the past..... see y'all later!
